Rally started with four of us who grew up here. Not near here — here. We were born and raised in the East Bay, and these are the streets we know.
That turns out to matter more than you’d think in this line of work. When you clean windows in the neighborhoods you grew up in, the person whose house you’re standing outside isn’t an address on a schedule. They’re someone you might run into at the store next week.
So we built Rally to be the company we’d want to hire: be straightforward about pricing, show up when you said you would, do the work properly, and be easy to get hold of when something needs sorting out. None of that is complicated. It’s just uncommon enough to be worth building a company around.
