How the day goes
Before we arrive
We confirm your appointment and let you know roughly when to expect us. Clear access to the outside of your windows is all we need from you.
While we're there
We clean the exterior glass and wipe down the sills and frames. If you've added tracks or screens, we clear the tracks and take the screens out to wash them before putting everything back.
Before we leave
We walk the results with you. If something isn't right, we'd rather fix it while we're still standing there.

What's included in a standard cleaning?
A standard exterior cleaning covers your exterior glass, sills and frames. Tracks and screens are available as an add-on, and interior glass as an upgrade — you pick what you want when you request a quote.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Interior glass is available as an upgrade from our standard exterior cleaning — you can choose it when you request a quote.
Will window cleaning remove cloudy spots or mineral buildup?
A standard cleaning removes everyday dirt, dust and grime. It won't remove cloudy or chalky spots that are mineral deposits left behind by hard water, and marks like that may also be damage to the glass itself. Rally doesn't currently offer hard-water or mineral-deposit restoration, so if that's what's on your windows, a cleaning won't change it.
Do you clean second-story windows?
Yes. Second and third-story windows are routine for us, and you can tell us how many stories your home has when you request a quote. If something genuinely can't be reached safely, we'll say so rather than improvise — and you won't be charged for it.
How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on your home, so we quote every job rather than publishing one number. The price comes down to how many windows you have, whether you want interior glass as well, how many stories, how accessible the windows are, their condition, and whether you add tracks and screens. Tell us about your home and we'll get you a real figure — no site visit needed, and we confirm the price before we start.
What affects the price?
Pricing depends on the approximate number of windows, whether you want exterior only or interior and exterior, the number of stories, accessibility, window type, and condition.
Is there a minimum number of windows?
No. There's no minimum window count, so a handful of windows is a job we'll quote like any other.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only cleaning, no — as long as we can get to the windows and any gates are unlocked. If you've booked interior cleaning too, someone will need to let us in. Either way we'll confirm the arrangement with you before the day.
Do you work weekends?
Yes — weekend appointments are available.
Can I just text you?
Not just yet — business texting is waiting on carrier approval. Give us a call, or request a quote and we'll get back to you by phone or email, whichever you pick.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle, and payment is due when the job is finished unless we've agreed something different with you beforehand. If none of those work for you, ask us before the job and we'll sort it out.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes look their best with a cleaning once or twice a year. It really depends on your surroundings: if you're near trees, a busy road, or sprinklers that hit the glass, you'll notice a difference sooner. If you're not sure, start with once and see how long it stays looking right.
